We take Hard Red/Hard White wheat berries and make the perfect blend for various breads. From a sandwich loaf to artisan bread, this blend is a crowd pleaser.
More delicate structure of gluten than hard wheats, this flour perfect for quick breads like biscuits, muffins, pie crust, cookies and pastries.
